The food is amazing. Service was great if I lived here I'd be here all the time! NOTE: the chicken parm was masterfully prepared, cuts with fork.
My wife and I, on a recommendation from the Holiday Inn Express, had dinner at Carmelo's last Friday. The restaurant was packed and lively. We were fortunate to get a table after a short wait. Even though they were very busy, we were waited on promptly. We started with sharing a caprese salad. I had the clam linguine and my wife had the shrimp scampi pasta for our entrees. The food was amazing and delicious! So delicious that elected to go back Saturday evening! Again we were fortunate to get seated right away as the restaurant was again packed and lively! Again the food was delicious and we had a very nice chat with the owner, Melissa. We would definitely recommend Carmelo's if you ever find yourself in Pahrump, NV.
My boyfriend and I went for dinner tonight. Sunday night about 6. We got seated right away. The waiter was very good. He was busy but was hustling. My boyfriend got the Chicken Marsala (he said it was very salty). I got the Pesto Pasta with Chicken (it was delicious). The garlic bread was really good and the salad was fresh. I would definetly recommend going here.
Food is absolutely fantastic great atmosphere as well it feels like a true italian family's restaurant and it is. Great prices on the veal dinners and they are hands down the best veal I've had in a very long time. The pizza is also extremely good 100 percent fresh ingredients. The salad and bread you get before the main meal are also fantastic fresh lettuce very crisp and the bread is perfectly seasoned. I would also suggest the calamari as it's the best in town. Never had bad service either always very fast and nice servers it's a smaller restaurant so even if they are busy it's not a huge lot of tables for them to work and they really do pay attention to each table and all their patrons. Honestly this place is miles ahead of any other restaurant in town certainly Right up there with the best of them. Don't waste your time on the horrible food and service at the pourhouse go here instead for less money and better food and service

The pizza was wonderful! Thin crust, it was tasty and cooked perfectly. Great service. We ordered the antipasto salad and the salad and dressing were wonderful. The salad was very large, easily could have fed five adults! Great place, highly recommend!
Carmelo"s is a little off the beaten path - a small diner with easy access off the main road. We ordered the Bruschetta as an appetizer and Chicken Marsala and Spaghetti and Meatballs for our main course. The Bruschetta was served with large slices of warm toasted bread. Tomatoes and black olives were seasoned just right but it is loaded with black olives so if you don't like black olives I'd order a different appetizer. The side salad before the meal was just the right size and again - lots of black olives. The Chicken Marsala was very good and seasoned just right. Served with rigatoni pasta which was interesting and good as I usually have it served with mashed potatoes. Spaghetti and Meatballs were also good - great flavor and the sauce was very good. The service was excellent and really personable. Server was attentive and knew when to check on us. If in Pahrump, give it a try. It definitely surprised us.
